Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling different sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional release.
